Please add links for the full .diff files, e.g.,
logs/test_amber_serial/2015-05-11_16-56-25.diff
logs/test_at_serial/2015-11-03_01-44-07.diff
to the dashboard Test pages, e.g.:
http://cc.ambermd.org/dashboard/tab/build/detail/Test_serial_gnu-4.4.6
The individual .dif files available via the link
Diffs from failed tests
are frequently incomplete mainly because the sander tests are run
from AmberTools/test/ but live in test/ and the latter is cleaned
after the AmberTools tests at the start of the Amber tests.
This makes it too easy to overlook failed tests.
(Perhaps dashboard could save the test/.../*.dif's before they are
cleaned; still having the full .diff files could be useful.)
