[AMBER-Developers] Recent test file mode changes.

Hi All,

It seems that the last commit changed the mode of a bunch of test files
from 644 (normal rw-r--r--) to 755 (rwxr-xr-x, typically what directories
are), e.g.:

...
 mode change 100644 => 100755 test/vancomycin_lmod/inpcrd
 mode change 100644 => 100755 test/vancomycin_lmod/lmod_vancomycin.out.save
 mode change 100644 => 100755 test/vancomycin_lmod/prmtop
...

 Was this intentional?
