We have now passed the 10K mark for AmberTools: there have been 10053
downloads for unique IP addresses (covers AT12 and AT13).
I have started a list of final(!) things we hope to get done by the release.
Please visit the Amber wiki (
http://ambermd.org/pmwiki) and click on "Amber
Discussion" on the left-hand side. Make additions or corrections as needed.
We'll have a third release candidate soon, probably later this week. I'll
send an email when it is ready.
