I would argue that the lack of updates are not a function of 'ease' of
editing but more one of lethargy / people just being too damn busy these
days to keep it up to date.


We have it as a git tree right now so it is pretty easy for people to
edit, they just don't. So I wonder if changing it to a wiki would make
people more likely to edit it. I doubt it.
