Hi,
The master build was broken in two place for
./configure -nobintraj
The fix for leap's unitio.c was straightforward, but the recent additions
need clean up because they do not follow the existing style in that file:
the formatting is really broken, printf is used, ...
My fix for cpptraj needs review by Dan; see the logs for
Action_CreateReservoir.
