Yeah, assuming they actually check.
The amusing thing is the story they use which they copied from here:
http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/illinois-university-uk.html then chucked in
a bunch of AMBER stuff. It is quite amusing really. I might show it to
John Stone and Jim Phillips and ask them to set Klaus on these guys. LOL!
Clearly the incompetence on that front does not infer much trust that they
are:
1) actually checking people have licenses.
2) making sure the test drive machine that is publicly accessible contains
binaries only.
