This is Wesley Botello-Smith, I am working on the AmberTools pbsa module
under Dr. Luo at UCI. I have created a bugfix patch to fix two bugs for
pbsa which occur when writing output files to DX format. (Units were
incorrect for potential map files and many DX files would be missing a
needed newline character). The patch seems to be good and applies
cleanly.
The bugfix file is attached.
