"make test.serial" just stopped there. There is no "Run.mmpbsa.test" anywhere in the testcases.

It just died there? This test has failed for me on several machines with an allocates failed message, but I just assumed that was because of too little ram (so I'm not surprised it fails on Cygwin).

Do the tests continue after that one, though? (they always do for me, and they are supposed to as well).
