Hi all,
Dr. Luo asked me to test compiling and running AMBER on my mac and report
the results here.
I grabbed a clone of the latest (as of friday 3/23/2012) version of
AMBER12 from git, compiled and ran make test for AMBER and AmberTools
using the tutorial on mac installation from the website.
Everything passed so it seems to work well on mac.
