It looks like your compiler is having issues with AVX, which I turned off in a commit yesterday... (sha1 id: 780eab02b7a19b1c812292287cb25ebbf087e0f8)

If you do have this commit, can you post the seventh line of

AmberTools/src/fftw-3.3/config.log

This will give the configure command with the flags that were used.

BTW, your log file seems to indicate that it was using the Intel compiler so I'm not sure about that error. However, your Intel compiler doesn't support AVX either.
