Excellent! MPI performance should be up as well - JAC is ~21 seconds these days for example...

All these seem to have gone away (with both SPDP and DPDP precisions) using
my large-cutoff schemes...thanks!
I have not been testing any MPI runs, so I don't have any comments there.
