Hi,
I came across a very minor issue while attempting to build PMEMD.cuda
using an independent copy of the amber11 branch (via use of the 'git
archive' command):
kForcesUpdate.cu:567:16: error: kU.h: No such file or directory
kForcesUpdate.cu:943:25: error: kNTPKernels.h: No such file or directory
kForcesUpdate.cu:944:21: error: kRandom.h: No such file or directory
Although these files are present in the master branch and are created
by amber11 bugfix 9, they don't seem to exist in the amber11 branch.
