In the source of that URL you can see that this streaming is provided by a
rtmp server
    VOD Flash Links- 9/21
    2M rtmp://cp87039.edgefcs.net/ondemand/mp4:2000_nv_100921.mp4
    1.2M rtmp://cp87039.edgefcs.net/ondemand/mp4:1200_nv_100921.mp4
    750K rtmp://cp87039.edgefcs.net/ondemand/mp4:750_nv_100921.mp4

So what I did was "sudo port install rtmpdump" and
   rtmpdump -r "rtmp://cp87039.edgefcs.net/ondemand/mp4:2000_nv_100921.mp4"
> nv_100921.flv

Now I am editing it with quicktime...
