Yea, I gathered that after I actually cloned the amber git repo (which was
after I sent the email). The instructions online say that it'll create an
amber11 directory and dump everything into there, though that's explicitly
stating that the repo should be cloned to the amber11 directory:

git clone gitosis.git.ambermd.org:amber.git amber11

If amber11 is removed, it'll simply create everything in an amber directory
(or amber11 can be renamed amber_git or something). I'd opt for changing
the instructions to check out to a generic amber directory (or amber12) so
there's no confusion that the amber repo corresponds to amber11 now that
it's released.

As far as I can tell, there's only a master branch in the git repo for now,
and we do not yet have access to this for committing... (from what I
gathered from Mark's email).

How will we know when commit access is open? (Or, rather, I should say
'push' access).

Thanks!
Jason
