RCW: Remove SCEE and SCNB as options from mdin file. Code now defaults to
1.2 and 2.0 if it does NOT find the explicit section in the prmtop file
defining SCEE and SCNB per dihedral type. We will need to update leap to
be able to write the scee and scnb sections to the prmtop - for the moment
the default of 1.2 and 2.0 is used if this is not found in the prmtop.
putting things like
write (mdout, '(a)') 'something'
in rdparm.f
(mdout here is a string; if I change it to 6 everything works again)
