at the first glance it looks like 'bbmd' was not enabled in the
build used for testing; was -bintraj enabled? [this test is supposed
to be ran if sander was built with netCDF; the check for that is
rather naive {looks if there are ncdump/ncgen files somewhere in
src/netcdf and assumes their existence implies -bintraj, which
implies bbmd for mpi-enabled build}]
