Yes, I would like to include them. One probably just needs to update slightly
the test procedures in the installation sections of the manuals. You might
want to hold off, though, since the file names will be different in the actual
release (since there will be separate test directories for amber11 and
AmberTools, and hence no more of the Makefile_at nonsense.
