A minor, but useful request... Could the end of the parallel AT make say something like "Yay! I'm done!" or possibly even "Installation of AmberTools Parallel Complete"? As it is, this is what happens, which is ok and all, but isn't nearly as satisfying as other makes. (or... if it didn't work... then I totally can't tell)
