I'm not sure, I've only tested this with g++ 4.4.{1,2}, and yes, it is
already in the AMBER11 CVS tree:

One could also suggest releasing a bugfix for AmberTools 1.2, but 1.3 is
close, hence I'm not sure if there would be much point.
