RE: [AMBER-Developers] -p4 intel switch of configure script

We might want to mark the -p4 flag as 'deprecated'... This is for the now
VERY old (ca. 6 years) x86 chips (netburst)... However, a lot of people seem
to assume their core/core2/nehalam chips are Pentium 4's so would use the
-p4 flag when they really shouldn't.
