Ross, (Jason, Ben, etc.):

hold off for a few hours. I am testing some fixes (arising from problems
in a recent update to f2c.h) that may be causing lots of weird problems.
This fixes many nab problems, and may impact ptraj as well. If what I'm doing
doesn't help with ptraj, then I'll turn it over to you.
