I have made a couple of commits:
1. fixed(!?!) the problem with duplicate second() routine, which was caused by
a recent update to f2c.h. As far as I can tell, we don't actually need such
a routine, so I have removed it from amber11/src/lib/sys.f.
2. For gnu compilers, I removed assigning either "-m64" or "-m32" flags,
leaving it to the compiler to figure out what to do (presumably, the defaults
will work). Fix this if you have problems.
