Ross:
Did you try just backing out to version 10.25 of amber11/src/sander/Makefile?
That should undo all recent changes, and have no references to the sqm
directory.
The current CVS seems to work for me with ifort, but it should be safest to
just undo the recent changes in the sander Makefile.
