Not necessarily. Although I can now build the whole of AMBER10 and
AMBERTools on my Dual Quad core machine with -j8 in about 90 seconds, of
which NAB is now more than a 3rd of that time. Thus if we could update the
NAB make files to build in parallel this would come down to close to a
minute for a complete build. "make -f Makefile_at; make".

I have played around with changing the NAB stuff to $(MAKE) but there are
issues so for the moment it still references just 'make'. I haven't been
able to work out how to fix this since it seems like NAB needs to compile
itself at some points during the build. For the time being I just moved NAB
to the end of the AMBERTools build process.
