A first draft tar file for the 1.1 revision of AmberTools is here:

If you wish, you can also try out the upgrade file (4 Mb vs. 50 Mb):
loyd.scripps.edu:AmberTools1.0to1.1.patch.bz2
Note that the files here are based on the amber11 CVS tree, but they untar
into an "amber10" directory tree. You should be able to untar this into your
existing amber10 tree, and re-compile (assuming you don't have local changes
that would be blown away, of course.)
Please post to the amber-developers email list if you see things that need to
be fixed (and, go ahead and fix in the amber11 CVS tree).
