You can update your Amber10 files to these:
scp user.loyd.scripps.edu:/thr/loyd/case/amber10.01apr08.tar.bz2
This has a near-final pmemd, so I encourage you to bang on that a bit.
Plus, the usual other tweaks and fixes. I'm hoping to have this ready for
release in a week or so.
The AmberTools announcement is at
http://ambermd.org. I'll post a message
tomorrow on CCL and the amber mailing list --didn't want the official
annoucement date to be on April 1....
