Hi Mike,
I can't reproduce this error on my machine with g95. Here all the QMMM test
cases pass (with a few minor roundoff differences). What version of g95 are
you using?
My specs are:
RHEL 4.0
Intel x86_64 Pentium-D
G95 (GCC 4.0.3 (g95!) Mar 28 2006)
All the best
Ross

Subject: amber-developers: Qmmm test failure
I have checked out the latest amber10, and compiled with g95 on linux/suse10
The test qmmm2/pure_QM_MD/Run.nma runs for a very long time and then
segfaults.
Anyone have this trouble or know what to do?
Mike
