Here's the texinfo tarball. One problem we had with texinfo that I just
remembered is we never found a good way to do citations, but there is
some stuff out there for it we just never got it up and running properly.
to make a .info file run: makeinfo --no-split divcon.texinfo
to make a pdf run: texi2dvi -p -q -c divcon.texinfo
