Correct, the stand-alone dcqtp manual wasn't check into divcon as there
are some options that haven't been tested or won't work with qm/mm so we
didn't want people to be able to see them. I can check them in or I can
send a tarball to this list, its only 110Kb if people really want to see
the file format.
