The written syntax is fine, but many people have trouble interpreting it. If
someone (an ambitious student who wants to get noticed?) would just go through
and add some annotated examples, I think most of these problems would go away.
[By the way, the ptraj section is certainly not the only place where the
Users' Manual needs more examples!]
