OK: it is clear that I have far too much time on my hands....
I wasted (spent) a Sunday afternoon [the Chargers were winning] installing
a new engine for the Amber wiki. Basically, this allows for better
navigation, and so on. Here is the new location:

Look at this page, and also at the "Amber 9 test failures" page, and make
updates as necessary.
Please let me know if you have problems (e.g. with browser
incompatibility,
etc.)
