Please check following parts in src/configure if they still exist in
amber9
mpich)
...
mpichlib="CMD_TO_GET_MPICH_LIB"
If so, run shell command "CMD_TO_GET_MPICH_LIB" to see whether its output
include -lfmpich2g. If true, maybe amber8 default use mpich2, then you can
change it to original content of amber8. If not, there should be a bug,
you have to count on yourself.
But it should not be too difficult to fix.
