Hi,
Just for your information. I met Warner Yuen, a research consultant from
Apple Computer, in a seminar this Wednesday. He mentioned that their group
did some optimization on AMBER8 (mainly on PMEMD) for G5 CPUs. I checked
the
patches they provided and it seems to be working fine. After I polish the
patch, I will post the patches for PMEMD.
