Mike,
I don't know about this error message, but if you don't deallocate memory
it may cause problems with replica exchange. Everyone needs to get used
to the idea that sander is just a subroutine and it can be called many
times-
if you allocate the memory each time but don't deallocate when you
leave sander it may cause trouble.
