Please update amber9 src tree and re-configure to make a fresh config.h
I have made changes to the sander directory and makefiles and to the
congfigure script to accomodate the changes.

When you are using a compiler that gives troubles with the
qmmm_module.mod, in particular in the qm_mod or qm_div subdirs of sander,
then look to see what the name of the module that was made for qmmm_module
and add that name as the definition of $(QMMM_MODULE) in your config.h
and please revise configure to reflect that change.
