I would appreciate some feedback here, especially from Tom C., Carlos and
Dave Mathews (and also from anyone else).
It seems to me that the proposed changes would be in the right direction,
but
I may well be missing some things that are clearer to those of you that
have
been doing more REM and NEB calculations than I have.
