Has anybody compiled amber8 on opteron with g95? If so, mind enlight me
a bit on the setup? I can compile it with mpich-1.2.6, but the binary
does not run properly, seems waiting for MPI_BCAST() forever. It appears
to be a mpich problem (but I am unsure). I wonder if you guys have
similar experience.
