Folks:
to avoid more embarassment, I have renamed the directory
amber8/benchamrks/rt_polyermase to amber8/benchmarks/rt
This means you must update your working directories:
cd $AMBERHOME/benchmarks
edit CVS/Entries and remove the line that refers to rt_polymerase
cvs udpate -d rt
then, if you wish, rm -rf rt_polymerase
Sorry for the trouble. CVS makes it difficult to rename directories,
hence
the scheme above. Send me info about problems you encounter.
